We just wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of our journey. Over the past few months, our boutique has experienced incredible growth — and while it’s been such a blessing, it came with some unexpected growing pains, too.
As many of you know, we’ve been in business for over 8 amazing years. But after our website was deleted by a third party, we had to rebuild everything from the ground up. When Kristyn stepped in with her new vision and ad team, things took off in a way we could’ve never imagined — and fast! 💥
Like many small businesses, we had a very small tight-knit team of just a few poeple prior to this growth. Suddenly, we had to expand quickly — hiring and training a large team at once, while still trying to keep up with daily operations. It hasn’t been perfect, and we know orders and emails were delayed during that time — and for that, we’re so thankful for your patience and grace.
Some new customers (especially those who found us through ads and didn’t know our community yet) misunderstood those delays, didnt read our credit only return policy or about pre-orders and unfortunately left some harsh reviews. But we know our true community — the ones who’ve been with us on our Lives, in our group, and on this journey — know our heart and who we really are. 💖 We will also always make any errors on our end right. Here’s the exciting part: so many positive changes have come from this season of growth!
✨ We’ve hired a full leadership team, including a CFO and new managers
✨ We’ve added new staff to improve shipping & customer support
✨ And we’re in the final phase of launching a brand-new upgraded shipping system to better serve YOU and an even cooler customer service backend that will roll out in the next few weeks. These things take time although we would love to snap our fingers and have had them implemented already.
