RETURN POLICY – 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY
At Krush Kandy Boutique, we offer returns for store credit only.
You have 14 days from the date your order is marked “delivered” to initiate a return request.
Because we are a credit-only boutique, refunds to the original payment method are not offered. Approved returns receive store credit or a digital gift card that never expires. START YOUR RETURN HERE:
🔹 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, unwashed

Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, or signs of wear

In original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by a receipt or order number
Items that show any wear, odors, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
🔹 HOW TO START A RETURN
All returns must be submitted through our official Return Portal HERE.

If Redo Returns Protection was purchased at checkout, your return shipping is covered.

If not, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items sent back without submitting a request through our return portal will be refused.
🔹 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us within 7 days if:

An item arrives damaged

You received the wrong item

A product is defective
We will correct the issue immediately and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
🔹 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygienic, safety, custom, or final-sale reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom items, including preorders, personalized products, or made-to-order items

Beauty, skincare, or personal care products

Seasonal items (holiday, themed drops, limited releases)

🔹 EXCHANGES
We do not process traditional exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:

Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures faster processing and product availability.
🔹 STORE CREDIT DETAILS
Once your return is received and inspected:

Store credit will be applied to your customer account, OR

A digital gift card will be emailed to you
Store credit never expires.
Please allow 5–7 business days for return processing once the item reaches our facility.
🔹 ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item:

Upload photos if prompted

We will send a prepaid return label and correct the problem at no cost to you
