RETURN POLICY – 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY

At Krush Kandy Boutique, we offer returns for store credit only.
You have 14 days from the date your order is marked “delivered” to initiate a return request.

Because we are a credit-only boutique, refunds to the original payment method are not offered. Approved returns receive store credit or a digital gift card that never expires. START YOUR RETURN HERE


🔹 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, or signs of wear

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or order number

Items that show any wear, odors, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.


🔹 HOW TO START A RETURN

All returns must be submitted through our official Return Portal HERE.

  • If Redo Returns Protection was purchased at checkout, your return shipping is covered.

  • If not, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items sent back without submitting a request through our return portal will be refused.


🔹 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us within 7 days if:

  • An item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • A product is defective

We will correct the issue immediately and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.


🔹 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygienic, safety, custom, or final-sale reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry

  • Custom items, including preorders, personalized products, or made-to-order items

  • Beauty, skincare, or personal care products

  • Seasonal items (holiday, themed drops, limited releases)

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable items

🔹 EXCHANGES

We do not process traditional exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:

  1. Submit your return through the Return Portal

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures faster processing and product availability.


🔹 STORE CREDIT DETAILS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Store credit will be applied to your customer account, OR

  • A digital gift card will be emailed to you

Store credit never expires.

Please allow 5–7 business days for return processing once the item reaches our facility.


🔹 ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

If you received the wrong product or a damaged item:

  1. Submit an issue through the Return Portal HERE

  2. Upload photos if prompted

  3. We will send a prepaid return label and correct the problem at no cost to you

  • Krush Kandy is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address may be denied.

  • Worn items, used items, items with odors, or items without tags cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
