🔒 PREORDER POLICY
Preorders are items not yet in stock at the time of purchase.
To keep expectations clear and legally compliant:
1. Preorder dates are ESTIMATES, not guaranteed ship dates.
Any dates listed (e.g., ETA with a ETA dat like 11/25) represent an estimated timeframe based on supplier and production schedules.
2. Preorders may ship 1–2 weeks after or before the ETA.
Holiday weeks, production delays, customs, and supplier timelines may extend processing beyond the estimated date.
This is normal and expected with preorder merchandise.
3. ETAs do NOT qualify as missed shipping deadlines.
Because preorder dates are estimates, they:

Are not covered by the “guaranteed shipping date” requirements of the FTC Mail Order Rule.

Do not require refunds simply because the ETA has passed as its an ESTIMATE not guarantee.

May shift slightly without triggering legal obligations.
4. If a significant delay occurs past 2 weeks, we will notify customers.
You will always be kept informed if an extended delay arises.
5. By placing a preorder, you accept and agree to these estimated timelines.
💳 REFUNDS, RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
CREDIT-ONLY BOUTIQUE
Krush Kandy is a store-credit-only boutique.
All sales are final and eligible for store credit only, issued as a digital gift card that never expires.
Refunds back to the original payment method are not offered, except when legally required in situations involving a guaranteed shipping date — which we do not provide or an error we made.
🔁 ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If your order has not begun processing, we can cancel it for store credit.

Once an order is processing or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
↩️ RETURNS
Returns are accepted in accordance with our official Return Policy.
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Returned within the allowed return window
Once received, store credit will be issued to you via gift card.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🚫 DELIVERY LIABILITY
While we securely package and hand your order to the carrier, we are not responsible for:

Delayed deliveries

Lost packages

Damaged packages

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Please file claims directly with the carrier if an issue occurs:

If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, you may also file a claim through the insurance provider.
⚖️ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Krush Kandy Boutique is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
Our liability is limited exclusively to the cost of the item(s) purchased.
