Preorder Products
How They Work
Krush Kandy's Preorder items are products that are currently in production and have not arrived to our warehouse yet.
Items such as handmade jewelry, custom graphic tees, or other restock items will have PRE ORDER in the title as well as an estimated arrival date in the product's description on our website to designate that they are on preorder status.
Please keep in mind when purchasing a preorder item that payment is due upfront and we will ship the item as soon as it arrives to our warehouse.
Preorder items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable, non-exchangeable.
How Long Does It Take To Arrive?
Typically, pre-order items take 2-4 weeks to arrive to our warehouse from the date you place your order. We will list an estimated arrival date on the product's description, but please keep in mind that delays beyond out control can occur such as hiccups with transit, manufacturing time, hiccups with fabric and so on.
If you are not a patient person, you may want to reconsider purchasing our pre-order items, because delays can happen.
Additional Details
When placing an order for multiple products that include both a pre-order and in-stock items, you may want to consider ordering them separately to ensure speedy delivery of the in-stock items as we do not ship items until all products in an order are in our possession, inspected and ready to be packaged and shipped.
