RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Please email us at krushtomer.service@gmail.com or chat with us via the link in the bottom right corner before sending anything back.

Returned items qualify for store credit or an exchange. The items just need to please begin their journey back to us in the mail within 14 business days, in their original new/unworn condition.

Additionally, seasonal items, sale items and jewelry are final sales.

The credit never expires and you can use that towards any goodies in the store!


How do I return a product?

Please email us at krushtomer.service@gmail.com first.

When shipping to return a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Krush Kandy Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.


Will I be refunded immediately?

We do not offer refunds on returned items, only credits. In the rare case of a damaged item, please email us at krushtomer.service@gmail.com so we may assist. 


Are exchanges accepted?

If you are unhappy with the product that your ordered (excluding Jewelry) that’s okay, you can exchange it for another size or style of the same type within 14 days of delivery as long as your purchase is still in its original packaging and condition. If we are no longer carrying that product, we will do our best to make a comparable exchange, or give you a Krush Credit on your account. Please email us at krushtomer.service@gmail.com for any additional questions. We are always here to help!


What if I receive the wrong product or a damaged product?

If anything is incorrect or wrong with your order, please e-mail us at krushtomer.service@gmail.com to notify us about the error. We will replace or correct your order free of charge.

If the product you receive differs from what you ordered, you will receive a shipping label in order to return the product back to us and avoid additional charges.


SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?

YES!! Once you place an order and add the items to your cart, you have one hour to checkout beginning when the first item is added, and your entire order will ship for FREE over $19.95!


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

*We just moved from AZ to UT, orders can take longer to ship. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your order and ship it*

We often ship packages same day depending on when the order is placed; however, we do ask for 24- 48 business hours to process your order Monday through Friday.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

All packages will have a tracking number emailed to you once it has shipped.
